The conference will be held at the Marten House in Indianapolis on May 8-9th. The theme for this year’s conference is “Health Care Leadership in Action for Indiana.” Any social worker with an interest in health care issues is welcome to attend. There are reduced rates for early registration and for social work students. Please forward the registration form onto anyone who may be interested in attending, or to anyone who may be interested in being a vendor at the event. This year’s conference keynote speaker is Dr. Rob Stone from Bloomington, Indiana. Dr. Stone is a dedicated health care reform advocate who will provide a critical analysis of our health care system, and discuss options to cover the uninsured. Along with Dr. Stone, we have many great presentations for a total of ten CEUs, including a presentation on Ethics to meet your licensure requirement.

Please print off the registration form and fax or mail it to Susan Larimer at the contact information on the form. You may bring your check to the conference, or mail it in with your registration.

Please note that registrations received after May 1st will have an additional fee added for late registration. Brochures are only being sent electronically, although printed copies are available upon request.
