We have a good group of board and regular chapter members to work with in our organization. As a nation and state we are going through some very challenging times. These are times in which Social Workers must lead but, we will need the support of our state and national Society for Social Work Leadership as well as NASW. Abraham Lincoln is his second inaugural address appealed to “the angels of our better nature”. Social Work leaders in health care can be angels for those we serve and must help to remind our organizations about those in need who we are here to serve.
